Pat has been a student and fan of circle track racing his entire life. As a young child, he remembers riding in the gravel truck hauling clay to the track that was being built in Geraldton at the time (Barker Memorial Raceway).
He spent his weekends as a child watching his dad, uncle and friend of theirs build a 73 Chevelle Street stock then spent most summer weekends in the pits at the track. Since then, it’s been a lifelong dream to one day race himself.
He got that chance in 2018 when Lake of the Woods Speedway in Kenora opened. He ran events there as well as Red River Coop Speedway in Winnipeg MB, Emo Speedway in Emo ON and Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush MN.
Pat saw success relatively early in his rookie season by running consistently while improving as both a driver and set up of the car. He had 2 runner up finishes and many top 5 finishes racing against the best the region has to offer.
This season Pat will be driving a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS at Lake of the Woods Speedway, Red River Coop Speedway, Emo Speedway and Greenbush Race Park. He calls Lake of the Woods Speedway in Kenora ON his home track.
